In seasons where we had a lot of upper-class talent, we could win 10-12 games a season and compete in the top 10 and win divisions.

If we were led by a lot of underclassmen talent, 7-5, 8-4 was a good 'rebuild' year.

I don't expect a 10 win + season every year... but I do expect it every 3-4 years.
