We've seen 4 seasons since 2015 that I don't think our fan base ever thought we could accomplish, even if someone was literally trying to lose. I could see that giving Gates a lot more leeway, even with the keyboard warriors. A .500 team that is competitive and fun to watch suddenly doesn't seem so bad.
