declassify any document he so desires. There are no legislative or constitutional restrictions on his authority. The intelligence agencies work for the person of the President and not the other way around.

That said, the FBI did not leave Trump a receipt describing in detail the inventory of documents they confiscated. The burden of proof is on the DOJ to justify their seizure. How can Trump be expected to know how to describe docs the FBI refuses to disclose?
