adapt than others to the turnover and influx of new players constantly- programs that had solid “development“ machines in place are not guaranteed a solid product every year anymore. No matter what anybody thinks a new player that’s not been in your system – it probably takes a lot more coaching and organization to make sure they fit smoothly into their new slot. Who knows? There might be a lot more coaches at the group of five level that are doing this better and quicker
