Did anyone read the law they are fighting against?

It simply states that if you permanently move out of state they remove you from the voter rolls. How is this in the least bit controversial?
I moved from Missouri a couple of decades ago, I am no longer a legal voter in that state. What legitimate reason could there be for keeping me on the rolls?
If I were planning to cast votes in other people's names then those that have moved out of state or died would be the best candidates. If I try to vote for a random citizen there is a moderate chance they will show up at the polls and draw attention to what I have done. The chances of me getting caught voting for a dead person or one who has moved out of state are basically nil.
Dems can give no valid reason for keeping the rolls as disorganized as possible.
