the ads simply trumpeted claims that she made in her pleadings and all pleadings require is a good faith belief that a trier of fact could find them believable. Moreover, even though she didn't find a "pattern" there may have been individual instances.

Greitens is a turd that got flushed and folks still want to reach their hand in the bowl to try and grab it...strange.
