It together and we went to a bowl game. His biggest strategic mistake in my view was the year he tried to make Smith a pocket passer. Other than that, I do not recall a game where his players weren't giving 100%, at least after the 1st couple years. The Michigan State game was like this KSU debacle, but that was in year 1 I think and he had an inherited roster.
