Yes, we had a horrible game yesterday. That's part coaching and part player performance and part weather conditions and every other variable that goes into every game.
But so what if Drink is a smartass? What if he's cocky? What does that have to do with anything? I guarantee that if he were arrogant and cocky and we were winning, the same folks would be celebrating that behavior. The point being, it's not about the behavior, it's about the results. And for Eli, he's struggling to get positive traction and get results. It's more 1 step forward, 2 steps back.
