have any good way of deciding that, given the factors, law and PRECEDENT that is part of it. I've seen what others have so far as I know. I can't begin to give any kind of definite opinion on what he did - even if I turned out to be right.

But the vast majority is not intelligent or objective enough to realize any of this. So, trying to sound knowledgeable, they spout off with every assurance they're right.

Thats one reason we get the presidents we do.
