dilettante candidates Vance and Masters, both strongly endorsed by Trump, get the GOP Senate nominations in OH and AZ, to the tune of $15 million each.
Now, after both won their primaries, he's refusing further support and hanging them out to dry. Fortunately McConnell has stepped up in OH and is giving Vance big bucks from the Republican Senate Campaign Fund. But he sees that Trump-backed Masters is a likely loser in AZ and thus far refuses to waste money on a weak horse. Masters has $1.5 million in the bank; his opponent has $25 million. Masters, a weak weenie of a candidate to begin with, is on life support.
If The Dems hold onto the Senate, the blame lies primarily at the feet of Donald Trump and Peter Thiel for giving us these weak, unfunded candidates in the primaries.
