Loans and if they paid them off.

I looked at a bunch in my hometown and saw a ton of family farmers received the same amount…$20k and some change.

How did Covid effect farmers negatively? Fuel prices would have been way down which would help them, they were subsidized by the gov’t for the trade war with China.

So why the $20k in forgiven ppp loans?
