You ignore the political reality that Biden is on record as a participant in promoting the Russian collusion narrative which weaponized the FBI against his political opponent, Donald Trump, before Trump took office.

Biden strong-armed a favorable change of prosecutor in the Ukraine, so his son's gravy train employer would not be investigated.

Biden put Garland in place, and Garland personally signed off on raiding Mar-a-Lago, whose goons showed up with at least one machine gun.
