If they had fought against, the judge would have been more inclined to rule against any release since the DOJ and the target of the warrant were both against the release.

Instead Donnie is hoping it will be released with a bunch of black lines on it (just what you and the other monkeys here are hooting about) so that he can cry about it some more.

He doesn't want resolution of the issue.
