they're filled with people whose parents went to college because they get admission first. Keep in mind that these people that get admission into college based on their parents actions may not be educated at all and/or they may have no desire to even go to school.

So instead of going through an admission of qualifications, they first take admission based on who birthed you.

Is that a good idea?
