brainpower wasted on so many false premises the entire discourse is madness.
Biden is being ordered to destroy the United States of America.
The death cult of which he is a junior member wants population control, which is a nice way of saying: THEY WANT TO KILL AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
All accomplished within a construct of plausible deniability - because of course, they are cowards to a man.
Thus, pondering why Biden (as if he was compos mentis) or Blinken (as if he were competent) are not pursuing diplomacy is MADNESS.
It's like the villagers wondering what they did wrong to make Genghis Kahn pile skulls at the edge of town.
