The first alternative for SWAT is to shoot in tear gas , wait 20 minutes, hit them with more gas. It's too much asking teachers to be armed and trained but why not have the capacity to distribute tear gas? It will stop activity, and isn't lethal.They should be able to do this.

Systems are considering extremely expensive alternatives to keep the kids secure. This is cheap and effective is it not?
