How can you base settlements on cognitive tests if there is no baseline to compare them to? Even at the high school level we are giving cognitive tests to the athletes so we have a baseline if they do suffer a concussion. I will also tell you we had multiple kids 'fail' the baseline test because the system thought they were intentionally trying to score low. We never had an athlete try to fake the test but we did have a number who never scored a qualifying baseline.
According to the article 13% of the population makes up 70% of the current NFL. If I were to suggest that AAs were more physically suited to play the game almost no one would seriously argue the point with me. But if you suggest there may be cognitive differences you will immediately be destroyed by the mob. Why?
