They inaccuracy grows exponentially when they are new to a team, new QB, new OC, or any other changes.

Nobody knows how Andy Reid will use those guys and they have a lot of guys that COULD put up top 5-10 WR numbers. But in fantasy, you don't want to make that risk because if they are one that doesn't end up there, you're boned.

Mahomes will throw from over 4000 yards. Likely closer to 5000. Kelce will get his 1000-1500. There's a good 2500-3500 yards out there for Chiefs WRs. They just don't know who is going to get them.

So again, just cause they're not a 3-7 round guy, doesn't mean they don't have that talent. It's just that they don't know how Mahomes/Reid will use them.
