'Talking point' sounds good but Toger doesn't follow things closely enough to notice that those died with Obama.
Phuck Joe Biden literally cannot read a teleprompter and so they've just dumped the talking point concept entirely - instead they simply have him make animal sounds and then high five the Easter bunny - most mainstream Democrats never understand what the president is saying anyway so they don't even notice a difference.
As for Trump, he's better off the cuff and in speech mode generally just checks the teleprompter and then riffs however he likes.
That's what people who actually believe what they're saying and aren't puppets can do...
