Paul claimed to meet Jesus on the road to Damascus, and documented it, as did Dr. Luke.

Matthew and John both wrote first person accounts of time spent with Jesus. Peter documented his first person relationship with Christ. Multiple contemporary secular historians documented stories about Jesus.
