is that no one here has the faintest idea what is in the warrant or the sworn statement of probable cause that supported its issuance. Before committing yourself to the position that this is an outrageous abuse of power like all the Trumpists did last night, or that it is the greatest thing to happen since Biden won the election like many of the anti-Trumpists did last night, it might be prudent to wait and see what they've got on him.
As I said last night, if you're going to kill Napoleon, kill Napoleon. It is hard for me to believe that the DoJ, FBI, and the grand jury are stupid enough to try something like this without solid ground underneath them. But stranger things have happened.
I realize, however, that waiting until the facts are known before forming an ironclad, irreversible opinion is counterintuitive to most of you.
