Ukraine is winning. The Russians keep getting pushed back. Ukraine won't stop until the Russians are completely out. Russia is exhausting its soldiers and is running out of armaments. Training and morale is poor. High level Russian commanders keep getting eliminated. Over 40,000 Russians have died and at least twice that many wounded. The embargo is preventing manufacture of new armaments and the Russian economy is in poor shape and getting worse. With the piece of oil down, whatever temporary windfall Russia got is now going away. Russia is still spending about $600 million per day on the war.

Most of the supplies allocated to Ukraine by NATO have yet to be fulfilled. If more are needed, I expect that will happen too. Wars usually aren't won quickly. This one has been brutal but fairly brief. Ukraine will continue to what it has to and is being supported by the West for the long haul. Russia is devastating itself, losing key population of potential fathers in an already declining country that also has a declining birthrate and low life expectancy.
