I would say mens sports other than MBB and football are in bigger trouble, if they have no TV juice. As schools disassociate from the NCAA and let their league police them, will be interesting to see if they have certain sports they require a school to have. I think NCAA currently requires a minimum of 6 sports, for each sex, are offered to be D1.
Will the SEC (really ESPN) care about a certain number of sports being offered or the right sports (for TV) being offered? Seems like the most important content to fill up the SEC and ESPN channels are the team sports. Not sure if wrestling, gymnsastics, golf, tennis, S/D get ratings that ESPN covets. Maybe?
