They would serve as a legitimate basis for issuance of a warrant for arrest if sworn to in a probable cause statement by a law enforcement officer.
There isn't a need to pursue criminal charges against her at this point, but failure to do so doesn't make the allegations false or unreliable. They are untested, to the best of my knowledge in a court of competent jurisdiction.
I'm willing to believe there might be something to the allegations, but will wait to see them properly tested before making a decision as to whether or not I believe the allegations.
It sounds like you have dismissed the allegations without a full examination of the evidence.
