Amendment was not about changing abortion rights. It was about overturning a very Roe like ruling by the SC that claims that abortions are a constitutional right in Kansas.

There is very little doubt that the left will continue to push the boundary in Kansas and the people will eventually pass something very similar to what was just voted down.

The amendment was poorly worded and thanks to propaganda from the left many thought it was an abortion ban.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
