Busch Stadium did something like this when they ripped out their rightfield upperdeck seats and added the Budweiser Terrace

The Colorado Rockies also did something like this, and the K has multiple areas like this like their Rivals and Craft and Draft

Faurot needs a sports bar/party deck/standing room hang out space for non-donors, open to the public
