repeatedly put rounds on target at 25 yards, a semi-auto is easy.

I still carry my Model 36 2" most of the time because it's very concealable. I always shot better range scores with it than my 4" service weapon.

Dependable. Pull the trigger and it goes bang every time.

Have my Springfield XD9 Subcompact 3.3" for when I want something with more capacity. Very reliable and the only time it's ever had a misfeed issue is shooting steelcase ammo. Once I realized they were shìt, I used them for training on how to clear the weapon and get back on target.
