fully expecting to be treated by the world as a first class citizen, better than anyone else from any other country.

Stunned that anyone might hate America as much as she does and treat her like an American - looking for any way to phuck with her.

In her mind, and in the minds of those like her, exotically unfair treatment due to citizenship, race or illegal drug habits is reserved for conservatives or Trump supporters - these people (they believe) are more evil than any others they might meet in the world.

And so, when liberals meet other people in the world who treat them the way they treat Trump supporters every day? And because these foreigners think of them as Americans?

Unthinkable. Unbelievable. Preposterous.

That's the level of disconnect it takes to be a liberal.

That's the level of insanity it takes to be a liberal.

They are both entitled and contemptuous of the very thing that makes them entitled.
