Infection rates have spiked significantly and it is summer. Those rates typically increase in colder weather when folks go inside. I don't know that an airport is all that telling. For a time, masks seem to go away at the grocer where their use, I noted prior, was about 80% dropping to 10% and have noted the use increasing again. Pretty easy to slip a mask on in grocer and areas of public contact.
