Unless you're suggesting all of this was provoked by the cops?

In another case, an NYPD sergeant was hit on the head by a glass bottle someone threw near Fifth Avenue and 15th Street. That officer needed 10 stitches to close the gaping laceration on his head."

It's pretty dumb to suggest what happened in the OP was more egregious than anything that happened at the BLM riots when there was far more death, injuries, and damage in those.
