Holy crap! The password on my account got changed somehow and the email address and phone number associated with the account were old and I don't have access to them. After one hour and talking to 4 different people, they finally told me in 5-7 days I should be able to add my address back to my account (new account I had set up, but each name/addr combination can only be associated with a single account).

The 45 minute conversation with one lady was epic. Around minute 44 she finally said the problem with my account, which is exactly what I told her in minute 1 of the conversation, and subsequently had to repeat like 100 times.

I couldn't believe it.
