the Royals qualifird for a wild card and had to play Toronto. Ex-Mizzou pitchers won't play there. This may hurt Boston as Tanner closes. It's costing one pllayer 250K to be on the restricted list and miss playing there. he said he didn't want Canada to tell him what he could do.
