Mizzou did get there twice. MSU has been better in football for a couple of years, but it isn't a destination school for coaches, it doesn't recruit well, their fanbase is not among the elite, and they are not even close to contending in the west. There is little difference between the two.

I don't know why so many are worried about us getting kicked out. Geographically, we add to the conference, expanding its reach north and west while still bordering SEC states.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't see the SEC kicking Mizzou out. Even if we continue to suck in major sports (which I don't think we will), the UTs and UFs are going to want someone easy on their schedule.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
