Roe found a constitutional right to abortion on the following reasoning:
1. The Framers adopted may provisions that granted individuals specific rights.
2. While the Framers did not consider abortion, if they had they would have granted a right to an abortion.
There is zero, repeat zero express evidence to support that conclusion.
The problem with the above logic for abortion rights activities is that it allows the right to an abortion to be declared unconstitutional at anytime and for no specific reason other than there is no specific grant of the right in the constitution or discussion of the right in any of the constitutional documents.
If you support the right to abortion, you need to pursue one of the two procedures for amending the constitution and add a specific right to abortion. If you don't, this court is perfectly within its power to over turn Roe v. Wade as would be any subsequent court.
So, stop complaining and get to work on amending the constitution.
