"System" is the prescribed Amendment Process

There are a couple of clearly described and defined processes for amending the U.S. Constituiton. They've been used on a number of occassions in the past.

The pro-abortion folks need to start one or both of those processes and see if they can accomplish what they desire. That solves their problem, they essentially will have won.

If the effort fails, that also solves their problem, they just have a new one and that is how to deal with pregenancies that can't be terminated by abortions.
