versus Wade, but I don't believe in NOT allowing abortions in cases of rape, incest and other mitigating factors. However, even then, there should be a time limit for a woman to decide whether or not to have an abortion. Even in the case of rape or incest, a woman should not be allowed to wait until the third trimester before deciding to get an abortion.

I suppose if there's irrefutable evidence that a previously undiagnosed medical condition could threaten the life of the mother at some point in the last trimester, then an abortion should be allowed at that late date. But I would think that would be pretty rare.
