stated they were opinions. Like the retired judge who opined that Pence did not have the power to return the vote certification to the state legislature wasn’t lying. He simply gave his opinion. That opinion was different than other lawyers that advised Trump that it was legal. Their opinion wasn’t a lie…. It was their legal opinion
