1. When does life begin? Is capital punishment against natural rights? What about killing someone who is stealing your stuff? Does the criminal have the right to his life even when robbing, raping or rioting?
2. What is property? Just real property, tangible property or does it include intellectual property? If a song or a poem or a novel...or a thought is "out there" does anyone own it? Can it be taken and be claimed as the property of someone else?
If someone takes your bicycle, who owns it, you or the thief?
3. Please define liberty. The right to be free to sleep on the sidewalk? The right to shjt on someone else's front yard? The right to march loudly in front of a SCOTUS justice's house ad disturb the peace? The right to drive 85mph through a school zone when school lets out?
4. Is freedom of speech a natural right? Does it have limits?
5. Is there a right to own firearms? How about a bazooka, a howitzer or an attack helicopter? Does an individual have the natural right to own nuclear weapons?
I know that YOU and your unicorn chasers know all this, but for the rest of us, we need a little more specificity.
BTW, what are the punishments for violating someone's natural rights and who decides, who administers the punishment and is there an appeals process?
Your rights come from government. That is an uncomfortable truth, but that's how it is.
You may think you're a female, you're not.
You may think you're a kangaroo, you're not.
You may think you have the right to do whatever you please so long as you don't think you're harming anyone.
You don't.
