Some interesting things happening the last day or so.
New Memphis Tigers coach Kerrick Jackson (former Mizzou assistant) is hiring Tim Jamieson to be their pitching coach. He will leave former Mizzou assistant Lance Rhodes's coaching staff at Southern Illinois after a great year. They were the best team in the Valley but got in the loser's bracket in the conference tournament and couldn't make it all the way back.
kansas is hiring an LSU assistant. There had been some talk of them hiring the LA Tech coach or the Central Michigan guy. Also, Rob Childress was apparently interested as well.
