The delay does give the union bosses and leaders of the animals more time to plan and organize.
What do you think will happen in the streets and in the media if it is overturned?
And perhaps more intriguingly, what will happen if a justice changes his/her mind and gives in to the mob. My guess is we can expect this every time.
I'll say again that imo, the biggest impact will be on whether potential conservative nominees will want to risk their families if they have to deal with animals in their lawn after each decision.
