“Neither” is an adverb used to describe a choice of two alternatives. I gave you 5 alternatives. The grammatically correct adverb would have been “none”. But it still would have been factually incorrect.

You know exactly what I’m talking about and I’m not going to indulge your weak-assed lizard-brained sophistry.
