Segment of their base that will snap into action with the slightest provocation. Everyone knows this, we’ve seen it for years and years now.

So when they want to raise hell and create chaos, people like Schumer and Pelosi and Waters and Obama and Biden know they just need a little toot on the dog whistle and these people hit the streets.
