You also have to provide the appearance of propriety. That doesn't fit that model. Also, were all materials taken away each day or were they left inside the firm's offices? Because locks can be popped and passwords can be cracked and people make mistakes and leave notes. Let's put it another way. Would it have been appropriate for a law firm to have a desk at the FBI? Especially if the FBI were investigating their clients?
