You have to demonstrate how and why that would violate the Constitution. You seem to be unaware of the broad power the Constitution gives with regard to certification.
Trump then organized and fired up peaceful protesters, and reminded them to be peaceful.
Congress's Constitutional obligation was to certify lawfully obtained votes. Some votes, enough to change at least one state's outcome, were illegally cast. Congress's Constitutional obligation was to refuse to certify illegally cast votes.
I saw a mostly peaceful protester gathering "the very obvious attempted insurrection."
He offered additional security in the days leading up to the 6th, and was shot down by Pelosi. She created the environment. She knew the danger it presented. She got what she wanted.
