US economy is as a gigantic ship which turns slowly.

So, you btch about economy 18 months into this new term which happens to coincide with historic calamitous challenges, a set of circumstance that will take time to get out from under while never, not once, acknowledging the solid growth and economic foundation that Obama left in his wake. Pretty convenient. Dealt a bad hand, Obama rebuilt - dealt a royal flush, Trump squanders it. Our economy was well into a long slide when the pandemic hit. It had already begun. Trump knew that and thought it best to ignore the Pandemic (America re-opens Easter 2020). The POTUS cannot turn a ship on a dime, but set the conditions for brighter times.
