Speaking of new KC restaurants...this place is awesome.

Earl's Premier - Oyster Bar
They pride themselves on their oysters, but they have other stuff. Everything we had was good and they have frozen Gin and Tonic's which I had never had. They were fantastic. The house made chips are some of the best I have ever had.

She had the EP Chicken and I had the Fried Oysters. We also had the clam dip as an appetizer.
It was all really good. It has a nautical theme and they plan island music. It reminds me of a place in Key West. Highly recommend, but it is kind of small so might want to get a reservation or take your chances at the bar.
