Fetterman wrongly chased and held a shotgun on the
innocent unarmed Black jogger because...well... the innocent unarmed jogger was Black and in the view of Fetterman and Fetterman NATURALLY confused bottle rockets for gunshots and IMMEDIATELY came to the (false) conclusion that a Darky Did It

Per the innocent unarmed Black jogger: “He knew my race. The gun was aimed at my chest while he loaded five red shells into the tube of the 12-gauge TAC shotgun. Once he finished, he aimed it at my face out of the Ford F-150 Truck.”
