GAT's book and watched a video on the single plane golf swing probably 15 years ago...it changed my game entirely. I went from a 15-16 handicap down to single digits. I am an 8 now, but got as low as a 5 at my peak.
It was a DVD and I can't remember the name of it, but it shows both a 1 plane and a 2 plane swing and helps you identify which one is right for you.
Then once you identify which one you are it shows you how to maximize it. I still have the DVD somewhere.
Game changer.
