I was always told that PTA's and school boards are one of the truly grass roots movements when it comes to being able to directly influence local schools.
But apparently the DOJ feels it's improper to speak out and voice your opinion when your school board and the school administration are complicit is covering up criminal activity by its students, especially those who are sexual predators.
It all boils down to purposefully under reporting criminal activity within schools as a direct result of edicts from the Obama administration's desire to curtail the school-to-prison pipeline.
