Pregnant women have already conceived a human being. That is undeniably true, the consensus of the scientists.
Given that, your assertion that killing that child is no one else's business but the mother is absurd in the extreme.
Slave owners might assert that it's no one's business what they do to their slaves, just like you assert that it's no one's business if an abortionist twists the arms and legs off of little babies before stabbing them in the base of the skull, inserting a tube and suctioning his or her brains out to collapse her skull for easier extraction.
